What is a task?
Any request you send for designing or developing is considered a task. Whether it’s designing a logo, creating a landing page, or developing a website, each request is considered as a task. Each task is a distinct project with its own set of requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
What is NOT one task?
If you want social media graphics for the entire month. It is not considered as 1 task. It is 30 different tasks. The ETA for it will be based on time for each individual task (1-2 days depending on the complexity of each design). Similarly, if you want to build a website with 20 pages, the timeline will be based on each individual page taking around 1-2 day to design and 1-2 days to develop.
What types of tasks can I request?
You can request a wide range of design and development tasks, including but not limited to logo and branding, graphic design, illustration, motion graphics, video editing, UI design, WordPress/Webflow development, React/HTML code, and more. If you’re unsure about the category of your task, feel free to reach out to us via live chat or schedule a friendly tour to discuss your needs.
How can I request revisions?
Once you receive your designs on the dashboard, you can review them thoroughly. If you require any changes, simply provide written feedback or record a loom video explaining what adjustments are needed. We’ll promptly address your feedback and make revisions until you’re completely satisfied. Upon approval, we’ll provide you with the final source files and move on to your next project.
What exactly is Draftss, and who uses your service?
Draftss is a subscription-based design and development service offering a comprehensive design agency experience. It’s designed to provide on-demand access to professional design and development services without the need for hiring full-time resources or expensive agencies. Our services cater to founders, agencies, startups, freelancers, and anyone in need of high-quality design and development support.
What does "Unlimited Design Request" mean?
With our Unlimited Design Requests feature, you can submit as many design requests as you need during your subscription period. Depending on your plan, our team will work on 1 or 2 or more tasks simultaneously. Once a task is completed and approved, we’ll provide you with the source files and move on to the next task in the queue. In simple words, it means that we do not limit you to the number of tasks that you can send in a particular month.
How soon will project manager be assigned?
You will be assigned a Project Manager within 1 hour to 14 hours on any working day. Our goal is to ensure prompt and efficient communication and support for all your design and development needs.
Can you collaborate on my project management app?
We can collaborate using multiple project management apps. Simply invite our team to your preferred dashboard, and we’ll integrate with your workflow. These are our currently supported project management apps (hyperlink). If you do not find an app that you are using in the above list, just get over a call with your project manager & explain how your dashboard works & we shall work it out.
Can I invite my team to collaborate with your team?
You can easily invite your team members to collaborate with ours on our dashboard. Your team members can participate in project discussions, review designs, and provide feedback directly within the platform. Additionally, you have the flexibility to assign specific tasks to individual team members, streamlining collaboration and project management.
How much experience do your designers have?
Each design team is led by a seasoned Design Manager with over 5 years of experience, supported by designers with 1-4 years of experience. We believe in talent over tenure and carefully vet our designers through rigorous testing and extensive training.
If I work with multiple brands, will you handle designs for all of them?
Yes, you can purchase one subscription and submit tasks for multiple brands within it. Regardless of the brand, our team will work on the respective number of tasks as per your chosen plan. You can also prioritize tasks based on your preferences and project timelines.
As an agency, can I resell the work created by Draftss?
Once you approve the designs provided by our team, they belong to you, and you have full ownership rights. You can resell them under your brand name, submit them to your clients, or use them in any way you see fit, as long as they were completed under a valid subscription with Draftss.
How do the Brand, Experience, and Build Plans work, and what are the differences between the Standard and Dedicated options for each?
We offer three main subscription plans: Brand, Experience, and Build. Each plan includes different categories of tasks, ranging from graphic design to development. The Branding plan comprise of all tasks related to graphic designing & illustration. The Experience plan comprises of everything from the previous plan and Web & app UI design & motion graphics. The build plan comprise of everything from the previous plan & development. The main distinction between standard and dedicated options lies in the speed of task delivery. With the dedicated team option, you’ll receive same-day output, while the standard team typically delivers within 1-3 days.
Can I talk with team?
Each client is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who serves as the main point of contact throughout the project. You can schedule calls with your Project Manager to discuss tasks, provide feedback, or address any concerns. If needed, we can also arrange conversations with the Design Manager based on their availability.
Can I queue up my tasks?
Yes, you can queue up as many tasks as you want according to your priorities. Simply inform your Project Manager of the task sequence you prefer, and we’ll ensure tasks are completed in the order you specify.
Can I change my team?
If you’re not satisfied with your assigned Project Manager or design team, you can request a change by notifying the Operations Manager. We aim to accommodate your preferences and ensure you’re comfortable with the team working on your projects.
Can I choose my team?
At the start of your subscription we assign you with a project manager who has a design/dev team. If you have already worked with Draftss in the past and would like to get the same team, just let the operations manager know & it can be arranged.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, if you’re subscribed to any dedicated plan and require an NDA, simply inform your Project Manager during onboarding, and we’ll get it done.
Can you manage my client for me on my dashboard?
Absolutely, if you’re an agency and prefer us to handle communication with your clients, we can manage that for you. To do that, you can designate an email address for your assigned Project Manager, and our team will engage directly with your clients on your behalf, ensuring a smooth and professional interaction throughout the project.
What stock photo & videos do you help with?
We currently use Envato Elements & FreePik for premium stock photos & videos. If you want us to use another paid stock, you’d have to provide us with it. If you want us to use any other free stock photo, we can accommodate that as well.
Can I upgrade/downgrade subscriptions?
Yes, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan based on your evolving requirements. For instance, if you initially require only design tasks, you can start with the Branding plan and later upgrade to the Build plan when you have development tasks. Just communicate your preferences with your Project Manager, and we’ll adjust your subscription accordingly.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription at the end of the month by notifying your Project Manager at least 3 days before your subscription renews. Please note that pausing your subscription is only possible at the end of your current subscription period. You cannot pause your subscription in the middle of your subscription.
Do you accept paypal?
Currently, we support Stripe payments and Wire Transfer (preferably through Wise). Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal payments at this time. However, we’re continuously evaluating our payment options to better serve our clients’ needs.
Do you accept crypto?

Do you help with hosting?
Yes, we can assist you with hosting setup. Just connect with your Project Manager, and we’ll guide you through the process or handle it on your behalf, depending on your requirements.
Do you work on Sundays?
Our team operates from Monday to Saturday, ensuring that we’re available to address your queries, manage your projects, and deliver high-quality work throughout the week. While we don’t work on Sundays, we’re dedicated to providing timely and efficient service during our regular working hours.
